Rice Cake Deluxe

Now, most people do not like rice cakes….it’s like eating cardboard. Now, every person on earth who is in good shape has one time or another eaten a rice cake. I personally like them and add peanut butter or cottage cheese to mine.

My RICE CAKE DELUXE to me is more of a pudding than a healthy snack, try it, you may just like it.

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 rice cakes
  • 1/2 cup smooth cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup lean biltong/beef jerky
  • 1-2 tablespoons salsa

Method:

  1. Mix the salsa into the cottage cheese and then spread it onto the rice cakes.
  2. Add the lean biltong/beef jerky on top.
  3. This is quick and easy, can be eaten on the road, between classes or at tea time.
