High Protein Jelly

This is a very nice and easy high protein pudding to make. This comes in handy when cravings come knocking at the door and you want a little something sweet without gaining the flab.


  • 1 packet sugar-free low-calorie jelly powder
  • 2-3 scoops of your favourite whey protein. I use ISO-PRO because it comes in fruity flavours so it goes very well with the fruit flavoured jelly but if you want to mix apple flavoured jelly with vanilla flavoured whey protein…well don’t let me stop you.


  1. Add the jelly and whey protein to a bowl and add 250ml-350ml boiling water and mix well.
  2. Now add 250ml-350ml cold water and mix well again. Place in your fridge until mixture has set.

This can make at least 4 servings….or just 1 if you eat like me.
