Fat Burning Chicken Muffins

This is an easy way to get those chicken breasts into your body. I often hear people complain about always having to eat chicken…and I cannot always say “Suck it up Buttercup” because I just know someone is going to ask me how do they get the chicken so fine as to suck it through a straw.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg minced chicken breasts
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup plain instant oatmeal
  • 1-2 sachets sweetener
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 fat-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • salt and pepper or spices of choice (without the harmful MSM)

Method:

Mix everything together and put in muffin pan. Place in pre-heated oven and bake for around 30-40 minutes. Check after 20 minutes. Oven set at 200 degrees.
