Now most people do not like the idea of eating egg whites, especially the hard-boiled way. Despite all this, egg whites are one of the best protein sources for us and it certainly is also an awesome protein when wanting to get lean really quickly.
- hard boiled egg whites (the amount you need for your specific diet)
- 1/4 cup grated biltong(beef jerky)
- 1-2 tablespoons fat-free cottage cheese
Hard boil the eggs and remove the yolks once the eggs are done. Now fill the centre of the egg white with a little fat-free cottage cheese and add the grated biltong(beef jerky) on top and you have a high protein snack which can be enjoyed even late night.
