Ingredients
1 x tbs coconut oil
2 x med onions
2 x tomatoes, diced
5 x cloves garlic
1 x ginger
2 x red/green chillies
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp masala spice ( Ina Paarman’s)
4 x chicken breast cut into small pieces
1/2 – 1 cup boiled water
Instructions
*Add salt to taste
1) Sauté onion, tomatoes, garlic, ginger & salt then add chillies
2) Stir in Tumeric & Masala spice, cook for +- 5min
3) Add Chicken and Water
4) Add more water if needed (sauce gets thicker when cooled down)
5) Simmer until chicken is cooked
