WHEY PROTEIN MOUSSE
This pudding is a great late night snack. It is very easy to slap together and it fills you pretty good too. I like this combination because being a huge mousse fan, I will enjoy just about anything that resembles mousse.
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup smooth cottage cheese
10 crushed nuts of choice
Mix your favourite whey protein into the cottage cheese. Crush 10 nuts of choice and add it to your mix.
You can place it in the freezer for around 10 minutes if you like it a bit like frozen yogurt!!!
