Tuna Muffins

This is a recipe from Lourika Snyman. She is a member of The Fat Loss Dr, has 2 children and keeps her body fat around 9% all year round. This is one of her recipes that makes it great to eat tuna and stay lean.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Cans of tuna
  • 1 Chopped green pepper
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1 Grated feta cheese wheel
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

Mix everything together in a mixing bowl. Spray a muffin pan with some spray and cook, then add ingredients to muffin pan and place in a pre-heated oven @ 180 degrees for around 20 minutes.
