Top Deck Rye Burger

For this homemade healthy burger, you will need to pay your local butcher a visit and get him to take chicken breast fillets, lean beef fillet and make mince from both the chicken and the beef. Now you need to mix the minced chicken and fillet together and make your own burger patty.


  • 1 x 150g “top deck” chicken and beef patty
  • 2 slice 100% rye bread
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 avo mixed with 1 tablespoon mustard
  • add garnish like onion, tomato, peppers, Peppadews, gherkins if you wish
