This is an all time winner for me, especially at dinner time.
- Egg whites (as many as required for your body)
- 1/4 piece of feta cheese
- 8-10 crushed almonds or cashews (I use the peri-peri version)
- 3-4 chopped peppadews
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
Make your omelette and then simply add your chopped peppadews and green pepper into the omelette. Then sprinkle the feta and crushed nuts over your peppadews and green peppers.
Fold your omelette and drizzle very lightly with some organic honey if you wish
