This next recipe can be quite calorie expensive so be sure not to overindulge on it.
a) 500ml fat-free plain yoghurt
b) 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter or almond butter
c) 8-10 blocks dark chocolate (70-80%)
Empty yoghurt into mixing bowl. Place peanut butter and dark chocolate in a glass bowl and melt in microwave (or any other way you wish). Be careful not to leave it in the microwave too long as it will burn so check it every 15 seconds. Now pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter into the yoghurt and stir well. Place in freezer until the mixture has set nicely. Now enjoy…but be careful of the serving size.
