Healthy Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:
170g Instant Oats
2 Scoops Whey Protein
1 tbsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
10g Xylitol
2tsp Cinnamon
50g Raisins
1 Whole egg
150ml Water
1 Huge squashed banana

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven – 180⁰
Take 2 bowls (1 large and 1 small)


In the big bowl, mix Oats
Whey Protein
Baking Powder
Salt
Xylitol
Cinnamon
Raisins


In the Small bowl, mix Egg
Water
Banana


Add small bowl mixture to large bowl
Tip mixture into a greased bread pan and smooth the surface.
Bake for 45-50min (remember to do standing calve raises while waiting)
