Fish Cakes

This is a recipe works well for those who travel a lot. We all know how difficult it is to consume enough quality foods on the road.  The amounts of the ingredients may vary as per your individual needs.

INGREDIENTS
a) 1kg hake fillets
b) 20 egg whites
c) 1 chopped onion
d) 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
e)1/2 a block of feta
METHOD
Bake or grill hake fillets and then put through food processor until very fine. Mix egg whites, hake and all other ingredients into mixing bowl and mix well. Place servings into muffin pan and place in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees. Check after every 10 minutes until fully baked. Can be kept in fridge for a number of days.
