This is something that I adopted for one reason only… time-saving. This shake is not for the faint of heart but if you can do it then you get quality protein into your body in just a few seconds. Now for the ingredients…hold on to your hat:
- 1 can chunky tuna in water
- 400ml ice cold water
- 1 scoop whey protein (*OPTIONAL)
- 1 green apple
Pour 400ml ice cold water in a blender, then add the can of tuna, then add the 1 scoop whey if you want to add it. Blend until tuna is very fine, pour in a glass, take a deep breath and, Simple, easy and effective…if you can handle it.
Now you can eat the apple after you have had your shake and the Apple will provide plenty fibre for your digestive system.
