You will need….
Large Zip lock Baggy
500g – 1kg chicken breasts
Fresh Cilantro chopped
I do not have amounts next to these items for it is all a matter of taste. I tend to wing it and it always comes out super tasty!
Add everything to a zip lock, squeeze and turn to mix and coat all of the chicken. Allow to marinate for about an hour.
Heat the Grill.
Cook chicken about 5-8 minutes on each side. Remove from grill. Allow to set on platter. Prepare presentation of chicken.
I love to serve my Chili Lime Chicken on a bed of Spinach topped with fresh guacamole and mango salsa.
