This juice helps with digestion and is packed with vitamins and micronutrients.
It goes down very well with meals and is pretty powerful stuff.
4 or 5 carrots
(Trim the tops off the carrots)
3 handfuls of fresh spinach
(Wash the spinach under cold water)
1-2 broccoli florets
(Wash the broccoli under cold water)
1. 1 teaspoon flaxseed(mix into juice)
This combination also works great for digestion with meals and also as a juice meal on its own.
This combination can be enjoyed with solid meals to aid digestion or it can be enjoyed as a juice meal only.
