Blueberry Protein Pancakes

BLUEBERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES
This is a great breakfast or can also be enjoyed as a snack during the day.
INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites ( or as many as you require for your meal)
1 scoop whey protein
1 cup blueberries
2 sachets sweetener( stevia if you can get)
1 tblspoon cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tblspoon natural peanut butter or almond butter
METHOD
Mix egg whites and whey protein together until smooth.
Pour mixture on non stick pan and bake for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the pancake from the pan andd spread with natural peanut butter or almond
butter.
Add as many blueberries as you want, then fold over the pancake and enjoy
